This is probably one of the best tiny homes I've seen. Tons of natural light, a walk-in shower, and enough room for two. I wish it had a hidden walk-in closet in the bedroom, as I've seen in some models. Very nice!

Love this one! Dishwashers use a lot less water than washing by hand so they're not a luxury. So good to see one in an RV.
I really like all the thought that went into this one. I'm not a huge loft person so getting some of that space into the main Bedroom while still having some loft for storage is great!. Plus a nice outside deck and I love that kitchen layout with the space for the bar stools and plenty of prep area and folks can walk through the main kitchen to get through if others are eating at the bar.
I love this floorplan and model. You knock this one out of the park. Outstanding Huge Shower is a Winner. Will this model come with furniture? That would be so cool if it came as a turn-key set up. Bravo - This is an Award Winner for Sure!

One drawback I see in your homes: there never seems to be enough storage! Add toe kick storage in the kitchen, storage drawers in the stairs, cabinets to the ceiling in kitchen, larger cabinet in bathroom, and the back wall in the bedroom screams out for a larger window. Also carpeted floor in loft is useless-it would be hard to vacuum if you can’t stand up. Speaking of vacuum, where can you put it?? There should be closet next to washer/dryer. It just seems like wasted space to me, as what you want in a tiny home is storage! Build a platform for bed with hydraulic lift for storage underneath. Instead of the island, how about cabinetry on the other side, instead of the long window? I’d rather sacrifice the porch and add that into house itself. It seems this is like a temporary lake home or something, it’s not conducive to full time living. Outside storage for garden things and tools would be helpful. A built in couch with storage underneath in living room. I suggest you look at the RUclips channel “Tiny House Big Living” which shows the most stunning homes in Australia, NZ, and sometimes US. The houses are very clever and many of the designs will blow you away. And why water heater and not on demand heating? It’s certainly smaller to fit in. Just some suggestions.

A tiny home needs at least some nooks and crannies if occupants are more than one.
I think this important to create some individual space for each occupant.
I know, I know not always doable but fantastic if can be done.

Door in living room destroys the availability of the space. Seems cut up into lots of tiny spaces. Rather have a Woody with the door on the back. Lofts should have a step down space so you can approach the space standing. Also too many windows for up here on a ridge where the wind in winter blows like a freight train. And for the tropics makes cooling a nightmere
Wasted space of the loft, make a raised automatic ceiling for couples you could actually use as a den or extra, TV room!

Is it just me, but does anyone else notice a couple of the tires are so badly worn and not wearing evenly? I’d be a little afraid of having this delivered.
This home has traveled 2,000 miles its pretty typical for wear like this.
It looks very narrow. If that was mine I would prefer at least 12 feet wide.

Living Room a little to small.
I like the idea. Poor execution. Although the porch is nice, it robs you of that interior living space. You walk in and you're greeted by either a very small love seat or a recliner. Very cramped. Also I'd get rid of the pantrie cabinet and make a nice L shaped kitchen because that island also takes away valuable space.

The thing I hate about your videos is that you never state the size of the damm units. Just for your information, that's the first thing all of us. Want to know is how big it is. You go on and on about all the Bells and whistles. But don't state the obvious things that are necessary to know which is size and price.
One of the first things I mention is this unit is 399 sq ft. All park models are under 400 sq ft. Dimensions are 12ft by 34ft plus the 8ft porch. This house is 109k in WA state however it can be less expensive or more expensive depending on where it's being delivered to. The U.S is a big country and delivery plays a big part in the total price of the home. If you want a price delivered to your location I would just recommend calling.
HATE the "living/tv" room & kitchen layout. Turn the kitchen layout to face front entry or something. The kitchen is nice, with all the appliances. But just NOT a great layout. Bottom line, I've seen personal van and bus conversions with better layouts. 👎
How can the kitchen be bigger than the sitting room area?....Are you gonna spend more time in the kitchen or more time chilling out watching the tv and entertaining than cooking a 30 mins meal???😮😮😮.
