Love this model, from the aluminum underneath, the storage storage storage, center fireplace, windows everywhere. Me personally would want an actual solid security front door instead of a slider and another more substantial light fixture above the bar table. Otherwise love, love, love
TS 0:33 I would never have thought of using aluminum protecting the bottom. Awesome idea. TS 4:30 OMG that is a magnificent design for cabinetry with the sink. It makes the best use of the space.

I would only change interior colors from the browns/tans to the gray/charcoals and add a mini-dishwasher and spend the extra $1000.00 to change out that slider to the blinds in glass version. However My all time favorite you have is the one with the Elevated Living Room (I think its referred to as a basement something) but the Non-Lofted version. I personally do not need or like lofts.

I know when I am ready to buy thats the one I want, but I sure wish there was an actual video tour like you do to watch on that one with no loft. But this Model here you just posted yesterday is a very very very close 2nd to the Woodlands Vault with NO Loft. (I know most everyone wants the loft for kids, office, or just storage. But I am one of the strange few that would never want a loft because I would never use it but mostly because I love the High Ceiling’s throughout my entire home.) Your video tours are Excellent by the way, you are concise, point everything out, and show us everything we need to see without making your tours all about you and wanting yourself to be the star. All the outlets on the backsplash in the kitchen is too much. Is there no other spot to put them aside from the AC plug in? Hopefully the AC plug ins have USB charging as well.
Why r the heat/ac vents always in the middle of the floor? That never made sense to me. Why not put them off to the side, closer to wall, so they aren't where people need to walk. They hurt when you step on them with no shoes on.
Most people request the Walk-in shower, so they don't have to make a big step into the shower. However, if you want a tub no problem, we can put one in. Thanks for following!

Big boo boo in design. Refrigerator and cook stove should never be side by side with no cabinetry in between. A pull-out pantry would be nice in between.

Not impressed with the sliding doors that require using curtains to close. You need to put the blinds in the door, much easier to work with.
It is optional to add that type of slider. Its about $1,000.00 to option it in.
