As a solo person, I wouldn’t mind losing a closet to be able to have a stackable WD. This is a beautiful home.

Okay, I see this comment a lot, but this is MY first time saying it (I think lol). This is the best one I have seen. You truly made it into a tiny house. The way you crammed storage space into it without it FEELING crammed, the varied level kitchen and living room... everything. This is revolutionary.
I'm glad you addressed the washer/dryer issue. So many others I've been looking at, don't even discuss it. Many people intend to live in these, and a washer /dryer is a must. I personally dislike going to a public laundromat.

Omg, this tiny home is my favorite design out of all the tiny homes I've seen so far. 😍
This is the best home I have seen. The colours make it look more spacious and one big complaint I have is they put a love seat only in the living room with all types of pits of things to fill it up that are not necessary. For instance tables book cases nick nacks. Furniture like those chais make it so much neater and practical. The kitchen is a lovely shape with lots of storage so you don't have to have exposed mason jars full of food. That never looks neat to me. Bedroom is tidy and the loft is very nice. Not too many stairs and really like the too level loft. I would pick this without batting an eye.
I would love to see this Model with No Loft and a Washer/Dryer somewhere. It’s the best Floor Plan I have ever seen, but I hate lofts and a Washer/Dryer is a Huge Must for really everyone these days.

How's about if you put a smaller side by side up in the loft above the bathroom so the plumbing could run up there. Then you wouldn't sacrifice the other closet in the bedroom. It's an idea. You could build a good support system to carry the extra weight. It's a really nice home and I'm sure people are going to really enjoy living there. I saw a toilet in a loft above the bathroom once in a tiny so it probably could be done.
Hi - the cubby under the stairs, is it big enough for an all in one (single unit) washer/dryer combo ? Not the stack type. If yes, this just became the Perfect home ! Like seriously !

I have to say, I have seen a lot of these, in the UK we like our living rooms a lot bigger, it puzzles me why the space you would spend most of your time is the smallest !!

This is excellent. Yeah we would definitely have to find a way to have a washer and dryer even if we had to bump out an area because usually I don’t like having a loft because of my bad knees but I like that loft. if I can stand up in a loft and taller people can stand up in that loft it’s OK. then I could have company especially if people come from out of town and they could have that upper part and with the windows that gives them more privacy and I could maybe even hang thick privacy curtains there. if they wanna open it for extra light they could. and if they want they can close them for more privacy. Already I can’t remember if it was a window in the loft but having a window up there I would give them some natural light during the day.

It's amasing
It looks good. But the washer/dryer option being in the master bedroom (not to mention replacing one of the closets) is something that I don’t really like. If you could extend this floor plan a little bit longer to include the washer/dryer in a separate room, that would of course be excellent.

@@Tambryl Shipping can drastically change the price of this home. This home ships out of Indiana and freight is about 8 dollars a mile so this home fully furnished as seen in the video is about 120k plus transport to your location.

I wonder if you could do like a Bay window idea where the door is. But do like a curbbed glass sliding door.

This house is beautiful and amazing, thoughtfully designed, with lots of storage. However, the two doors for the storage, in the front of the house, looks awful, and I don't know if they could switch it to the back of the house, but if they can't, then they need to cover those doors with siding to better hide them. These details really need to be well thought out because while the storage is important, aesthetics are equally as important , and people should never have to choose between the two. I am on the market for a tiny house, and I would seriously consider this one, however, they also didn't say if it is set up for on the grid or off the grid living, I'm going to try to make mine both, for versatility, because it's far more expensive, if not impossible, to try to modify the house later on.💜😺🥰🏡☀️🌈

Could you have a washer dryer, installed up in the loft area, plus could you privacy blinds fitted to the two internal windows, which over look the kitchen and lounge area?
As well fitted cupboard and drawers unit, fitted in the upper loft area too?
Along with solar electric panels over all of the roof, linked to rechargeable battery energy pack, house in a custom built triangle storage compartment, mounted on the towing "A" frame, along with storage compartment for 2 large Gas Cylinders too?
Again could it be made disabled access, for someone with mobility (they use Crutches), as well as a cassette wheelchair lift installed for the main entrance patio doorway, or could French opening doorway be installed too?
Equally would you ship to the UK too?
Lastly could remote-control powered opening and closing (with automatic closing in high wind) awnings, be installed along both sides, half way up too?

You can get one unit. It will wash your clothes and dry them too. It looks like a regular washer. That might work for you. I have liked all of them.

I would the kitchen up front with dishwasher I like my sink with window over it so as can see out ! Would like washer & dryer in it not so much on bath without a skylight , and a place too set down in shower too shave legs ! 😌

He has said that they don't give prices because there are too many options to consider as well as the delivery fees. Some people would take a price that was given and expect that to include the delivery. They ask everyone to call for a price quote. He did say that this model as shown with the furniture and all would run approx $120,000.00 without the delivery cost.

My father wants to buy and move into a park model in a few years but our concern is the narrow hallways and doorways not being a good idea for someone who wants to age in place. Is it possible to make sure the hallway and all doorways are 36" openings (for walkers or a small wheelchair to pass thru)? He would want one without a loft as he likes the feeling of a tall ceiling. Is this even possible in these type of park models?

For anyone wondering most of these units go for around 130,000 not sure if that’s with delivery and set up and tax.
That would have delivery. It also depends on what side of the country you are. Shipping costs are less expensive in central and eastern U.S. since they are built in Indiana. 130k is the most one would have to pay with shipping.
Couldn't someone steal your stored possessions from the outside while you sleep or not at home?
Hi, it looks so tight, why couldn’t you just make it a little wider, so nice to see the bathroom away from the kitchen, but it is so small.
This is a park model RV- limits on length and width and light to travel on roadways- as an RV you do avoid property taxes in most states.
I would like to see something different.
