Gelatin and the smoothie,
Whipping up as it starts frothing.
To set, pour into moulds,
Then dip into a bowl.

Wendy, I just made this pudding with one of those flavourful mangoes of south India and it was simply delicious. I substituted gelatin leaves for the gelatin powder. ….4 sheets for 1 table spoon.

I used to mix gelatine in double container on heat ,, Is it an especial gelatine or any gelatine can be bloomed in cold water and activated

Hi Wendy, I tried your Semolina cake and the Bolinhas and they were just great. I have no doubt this Mango desert is Yumm!! Gonna make it as soon as I get my hands on those ripe sweet smelling mangoes. Will let you know the result. Thank You!!
