Love doing whatever meals on some nights. If there's a lot of leftovers after a couple of days, we just have a leftover or "catch all" night. Sometimes we'll repurpose something: leftover taco meat gets turned into nachos or some kind of taco salad. Everyone is fed, leftovers get used up. Win win.
I'm challenging myself between now and the end of the month to use up what we've got before our big shopping haul on the 1st. Sometimes you just have to make things stretch!!!
So watching you and a few others doing the shop from home weeks inspired me to do the same thing. Our house is a tad different as I am the only one working and also the only one cooking, I have to stick with a lot of quick foods, but I have been stocking up when I find sales and this week has been a breeze! I am so happy for some new ideas though!
Tamara Your meals looked so so good. I did pantry cooking when my husband was sick recently. I was so glad to have that food available. Now I need to restock. I enjoy your creativity in planning meals. Your hair looks beautiful on this video. See you soon.
GREAT video. I was really surprised with the sugar in the corn in that I hadn't heard of that before. Interesting, and I'll bet it tasted good. I liked your quesadillas too, along with the pizza. The recipe I use for the dough is almost the same except I put in honey instead of sugar. Love it!

I started using Mateo's salsa because of you. It's a little pricey compared to the others but it's soooo worth it. I have been adding it to pork loin in the crockpot and then shredding it for tacos. My kids tear it up! Thank you!!
