I am so glad to see you again. Great meal ideas. I was to the grocery store on this past Friday. Some shelves were sparse but the cost of everything continues to increase month by month. Anything I can do to make my food to stretch and not be wasted is appreciated. Thank you for your channel.
I just made salsberry steak the other night! I found beefy mushroom soup which I had never seen before, and knew I wanted to try it in that recipe. It was so good. I hope I can find that soup again!
Everything looks so good! Thank you for the recipes using what is in the pantry. Sometimes I get stumped and end up making the same old thing. One thing that I don't have a lot of is homemade broth. I remedied that this week by buying a case (8 boxes) of Great Value beef broth while they have it for $1/quart. After checking my inventory, I decided that I will go back and get another case as well as some chicken broth. It *is soup/stew season, after all! 😊
I love how you offer different ideas for ingredients for whatever someone may have on hand or what they may prefer. Makes these recipes even more versatile.
Stacy you are absolutely right! My cooking style is similar to Tamra’s so I kinda take liberty with a recipe for granted 🤷🏻♀️ but for someone just learning and getting comfortable in their kitchen she gives excellent directions and options. I always feel like I’m with a friend here ❤️

The Campbell's soup recipe video you made with a recipe for no peek beef tips has been very helpful to us. I didn't have time or inclination to cut up my roast so I put the roast along with the ingredients to the no peek beef tips in a dutch oven with the lid on and baked it as per the instructions on 300 for 3 hours and then at the 3 hour mark I put some veggies in which were frozen and hubby added an hour or an hour and a half there about to the cooking time. That was the best roast and let me tell you something I hate pot roast I absolutely hate hate hate pot roast. This was good though and maybe just a way to get me to eat pot roast again although I did make some copycat Arby's beef and cheddar with some of the roast and buns that had those onions on top of them and cheese whiz oh my goodness that is really really good. My husband really liked it as well.

I discovered that if you have hamburger/tuna helper it is still very good without having to add any meat. Just have some veggies or a salad with it if you want to
Yes! Any of the box helpers are good with no meat! Ive made the taco rice and served it as a side dish.

My freezer, fridges & pantries are all stocked with the things my family uses daily. I can pull out everything to make what my family eats. Don’t go to the store very often unless I see a really good deal on something we use! Pick up whatever we are running low on, good sales or markdowns. Keep running list of meal idea’s just choose what I feel like. Long term storage, not for me. I know we could live a year with what we have.
