That first one is a great stretch but kills my elbows !!
I love it too on a smith machine bar, but definitely have a binding point that kills mine as well. I notice on a bench i can run a close grip to alleviate it

Very nice video .....but I thought that, and I at be wrong and stand to be corrected, triceps exercise about the contraction of the muscle at the end of the movement, so seeing some one doing behind the head extends not to full extension and doing triceps pull down without the contraction at the ed of the downward movement is............. Plus the third to last movement where the model is sitting down the hinge on the animation needs to be higher that the elbow as the exercise is a push down one. Please correct and focus on the contraction or is about muscle loading?
