@@Gauudyy My favorite metal album for overall quality is Puppets. Never saw what was so great about Rust in Peace except for Holy Wars, Hangar 18, the title track and a few scattered riffs/moments here and there on the album. I actually much prefer Megadeth's first 2 albums, KIMB has some insane riffs and Peace Sells shows the band maturing nicely in the same way like Ride the Lightning did for Metallica. But IMO Slayer clearly takes the cake in the brutality/aggression department, just straight up raw especially some select songs on Reign in Blood.

I have a relatively large property around my house, around 2 acres of grass to mow total. It's taken me two years to get my mowing time as low as possible by perfecting the fastest route possible for myself. I still remember the day I first heard this song. I Went back to school the next day and played it to anyone that would listen and got, let's say mixed reactions. But the fans they got that day are still huge Slayer fans to this day and still thank me from time to time for introducing them to the best metal album they've ever heard.

this is thrash metal, my fav heavy metal subgenre. you know metallica, they're the accesible and first band for most people. sure you heard about "the big four". megadeth is like metallica but more complex and faster and in my opinion guitar solos are at other lvl. anthrax is more "underground" sound. it has a realy fast songs but it's more like a thrash mixed with "underground and riot style" with "indian" sounds, because the singer is descendent of native indians. slayer is the heavyest expression from the 4. that's a basics u need to know. there's also a band called testament which i personaly think in musical terms they're above the other, but it's a less known band. their earlier stuff is gold and alex skolnick is my fav solo guitarist composer. there are a lot more bands around them.. havok (a modern megadeth style) exodus (another old band and their solo guitarist came to slayer after hanneman passed away) german thrrashy stuff like sodom (their early stuff is good but overall not a briliant band) and kreator (powerfull thrash with a bit more modern sound of 00's era)

Since you were freaking out about the fuck guitar on the "Fight for your right" by the Beastie Boys, it should be no surprise that Kerry King, the lead guitarist from slayer is the same guitarist from the that song as well as "no sleep till Brooklyn" from the "License to Ill" album

Check out "Second Death" by Black Tongue, it's as heavy as it gets. "Demolisher" by Slaughter to Prevail is also a great example of metal doing wild stuff right now.
