This is an Orca, not a Beluga. The Orca is smaller and lighter, and can be WAY faster than the Beluga. But the Beluga also needs some good thruster engineering as well.
I wonder if you can actually "save" all of refugees by yourself just simply transferring them over and over. Will the evacutation end at somepoint? is that possible - to evacuate ALL of people from station? Nad if so, how long it wil ltake?
It's amazing how well the DRG music fits with Elite and with crazy stunt flying too! Now the only question is can you do this with a couple of glyphid slammers under your belt? ;D
I think it depends on if you have a balance of rbg, so if you change the main hud themes around, but still have those main colors balanced, the pictures still look fine... mines like that too.

I prefer a Type-9 Heavy filled up with economy class passenger cabins. Flight is not as awesome as commander does, but pretty efficient.

That is entirely dependent on the HUD color scheme. Some schemes change a number that alters the people. Mine does not.
