77 degree water in July. That's great. Ours in south alabama is 90 +. They have lockjaw bad here
Hey, that footage was shot in early June. I try to keep it published as fast as I shoot the footage, but sometimes there is a delay. Sorry about that. Thank you for watching. TIGHT LINES!
Also, the surface temp yesterday was 85-87. It will get up in the low 90s before long. They really get lockjaw when it is that hot. The heat really makes fishing less fun!

You mention presentation as important. Some things you talked about. Yes for me it is presentation, profile and color in that order. I am sure you are noticing that most bites come from the crappie turn head up. Also every brush pile has one hungry and one dumb crappie lol. That is why for lot of times catch two fish per brush pile. It is sure fun when you find that brush pile you catch a lot of them one after another catch. Thanks again and keep up the good videos. I have seen a lot of other videos and I think you do the best in informing and entertain videos.

Nice‼️ What lake is this? Do you just go out and troll to find these spots or you have them saved in your finder already? Just curious what a good method is
Hey, I have fished the lake for 15 years, so I know a bunch of the brush piles. It is about 850 acres. I usually watch my side scan and when I see a brushpile, I look to see if there are fish on it. I try to do this before starting livescope. Once I have fish3d a brushpile, I put my settings on 100 feet and start trolling around on high speed looking for more piles. That works for me, usually!! Hey, Norm, I just saw your question. Sorry about that. Yeah, I catch them all year long, but August and September are the absolute worst months. Have to really work hard to catch them. My favorite time is October - June. Tight lines, my friend!!

Been super busy with my new house. Need to catch up on your last two videos. My son brought my boat up from Florida last weekend. Haven't been out yet, though. Been going through it and my trolling motor batteries are shot. Thinking on switching them out for lithium. I'll get back in the water soon. Tight lines and God Bless

Did you find those artificial brush piles?
Hey, I did. They were put in the lake several years ago, all over the place. Sometimes the fish will pick one of them and load up on it and you can load the boat!! I appreciate you watching and leaving a comment!! Thanks for the support. TIGHT LINES!!
