I have had sleep problems my entire life. You can just about count on one hand the number of good nights I have slept. I think some nights I may sleep a little but it is not restful.. I never feel tiredness the next day. I do try to take a nap most days in the afternoon, but that always is futile.
Sir, I can understand your situation. This is also true that the quantity of sleep one needs may vary a little from person to person. It is a very good sign that you dont feel tired the next day. Yet, you can practise deep breathing as long as you can when you lie down for sleep. It helps.

You were doing the same thing , looking at the mobile when u were not getting sleep ? Let me know. As for me I don't watch TV Nor phone , then why I don't get sleep?
Yes Ma'am, if not always at times I would be scrolling the phone at night. But I gave it up & found relief. Please try deep breathing before sleeping. Focus on your breath and breathe in deeply upto your belly and exhale. Try this for a few days.
Thank you very much..I will definitely try this..🎉🎉🎉

Both of your tipa to help sleep are widespread through internet.
I figured it out from my own experience. Their applicability makes them widespread.
Mention it's the blue light from devices that reduces melatonin
