    I don't know about you , but I'm having a blast with these full body dumbbell workouts
    The workouts feel like they absolutely fly by smashing a little bit of everything all in one awesome workout
    Compound conditioning
    Lower body Isolation
    Core
    Plyometric
    Upper body Isolation
    Once we smash our 10 exercises. We will take a quick 30 sec water break before smashing it all over again

    When you said "Week 2" is coming I said, "Oh No!" 😃 I'll be back! I am feeling muscles I haven't felt in a while dude. Love the 20 minute format.

    do you think 20 min is really enough? I am 56. I do alot of your workouts but try to stick mainly with the 30 min full body. But if I am not feeling it 100% I thought maybe the 20s would be a good alternative

      Well something is always better than nothing as I like to say! 20 is a good workout as it makes it achievable for everyone
      But again with these as I mention in the description of the vids! For those needed a little more or if feel like they do! Double these up and into a killer 40 min routine 👌

      Ah still loads up recently with my motor mouth haha! But sometimes for my sanity it’s nice this way too as I can play some music working out! When I’m talking , can’t play music due to copyright on RUclips
