    Whether you do any Zeus workout or are about to take on the Zeus 4 Week Boot Camp Challenge I always highly recommended a light warm up and dynamic stretch to always get the body ready for the workout ahead
    Helping get you and all your active muscle ready and to help prevent with any injuries
    I highly recommend doing this before each workout. it will only take 10 minutes 😊

    Good one! I am slow moving and stiff in the morning and often use that as a barrier not to do something hard. I will try this out!

      Good stuff Sarah. Honestly as some have asked for some suggestions in our tribe members group for this. I've been telling people to use this as a light cool down and warm up if needed. Will work for both. I might add a little 5 min cool down stretch routine on top 👍

    I just subbed to you.....trying to get toned up a bit as a beginner as i really don't want to go to the gym....i bought myself some dumbbells too so will check your videos for beginners....thank you x ...just plain simple instruction like yours is what i'm after.

      Awesome Hazel and a massive welcome. That’s what I’m here for 😊. Plenty of workouts for beginners with light weights
      There is 10 min Routines , 15 mins , 20 mins and so on and also 2 full structure program on RUclips. Xpress bootcamp which is tough but more beginner friendly with workouts all around 20 minutes and the normal bootcamp which is tougher and around 40 mins workouts. The hard work starts now , you’ve got this 💪

    I've been doing this for awhile now post workout, and sometimes before going to bed. It's a great way to finish up and wind down. Stretching is definitely beneficial 💪👍

      @@TheZeusFitness I did the Zeus two week summer challenge last year. And the Friday pilates day was good. I hadn't done a done a whole pilates workout before. I've suggested your pilates videos to a few people now 💪👍

    The hamstring squat hits DIFFERENT the day after a leg workout! Haha! I'm almost done with week 3 of this series, and I'm loving it! Great stuff!

    Hi For the bootcamp should I do it from day 1 all the way to the end with no rest days or how does that work? Thank you I really enjoy doing your workouts.

      Awesome stuff Eva , glad you enjoying. I would do them Monday-Friday with the weekend off. But just work around them on a schedule that suits you. Just give yourself a couple of rest days

      Absolutely, plenty of cardio , fat burning , sweating , muscle toning the works. Had loads of men and women who have done it and lost lots of body fat while tightening and toning up 👍

    Hey Bro,i hope you are doing well. I'm on week 4 of beast mode right now. What program do you recommend for after? I need it to be as tough and just dambells like the beast mode. Sorry to contact you here. I didn't know any other way

      You mean you’re doing Zeus Beast ? Awesome stuff if so. After Zeus beast the next natural progression and by far our toughest program to date is Zeus PumpT . It’s a killer
