    So I have a question. I'm not too flexible and can't bend down that far with my back straight. Would you suggest other workouts that target that, or will these still help achieve that over time if I just adapt to my body's limits first?

    Now if only I waited for next day I’d have known it was upper body 😂 another day done and doing day 1 again for that extra bit 😮

    Absolutely brutal toward the end. I used 17.5# throughout. Definitely too high for the 90 degree raises and bicep curls. But great pump 1/17/23

    Me at beginning: going with 40s
    Me at third set: switching to 20s
    Fifth set: ok how about 15s
    Seventh set: air is actually pretty heavy by itself
