My house is so quiet, my kids are grown and I have no grandchildren to make the place come alive so hearing your kids in the background is so refreshing. I saw a door stopper similar in shape and thought I'd like a handbag in that shape, and here we are! ha ha thanks for this Crystal! don't worry about background noise. we all know you are homeschooling, and with covid of course families are home, so people should expect to hear normal family sounds. I didn't struggle to hear you and that's what matters to me :)
If you put a piece of cardboard into the purse while glueing your jewels on, you can just press them into the purse while it’s laying flat. Any extra glue will go onto the cardboard, not the other side. Good pattern!! Thank you!!

I like the design details. I especially like being able to open up the top of the bag for easy access and for occasionally overstuffing the bag. Using those magnetic clasps to make the opening smaller is genius.

So cute! My nephew is a Bea Arthur impersonator, & they use a handbag to represent Sophia in the Golden Girl sketches. With plastic handles & some fake flowers in place of the bling, that would be a PERFECT handbag.

I love hearing the family noise , in my house and surrounding's it has been so , "no too dang quiet for too long" ! maybe every once in awhile you can have them just stick their hand in the door to give a waive say hi !I know placing them fully in video they don't feel comfort but just a waive hand ! I love the way this looks using nylon. I think any bag with this type of thread would be great and durable.
