Girl, this is the ONE! I do this at least once a week. It’s the perfect kind of core- since I hate core. The booty part is light and perfect after an intense lower body lifting day. 10/10!
hi Maddie. Just wanted to tell you that your workouts ( knee friendly and others)are what helped me to recover from a knee injury without reinjuring myself again. Injuries can be really depressing and in my case it was an on and off problem and it was really frustrating for me. Now, my glutes are strong enough that i can do the exercices with the elastics and more!!!! couldnt be more grateful!! thx. you really made a difference in my case both morally and physicaly!
Great workout for me today, was feeling very low energy so I was praying we'd just lie down the whole time. Great modifications too. Would love a quad and hamstring focused workout! Love this channel, thank you ❤
I did this tonight as its my lower abs and cardio night. Lawd my thighs were on fire after the leg abductiion and crunches. Maddie you are driving me crazy. Not sure how i'm gonna fit all these amazing routines into my workout schedule😅😅😅😅😅

I’m on vacation staying with my MIL and didn’t want to do a lot of jumping. This was perfect to keep things all tightened up and me feeling like myself until I get home! Thanks!!
as someone who’s done multiple sports their entire life, it’s hard asl to stay in that level of shape post college! this video was super accessible and great getting back into abs again and have the sucky tendency to strain my neck during core sessions. also odd commen but I love your calm demeanor, I’m not always feeling the yelling & positivity type influencers.. no shame to them, just love your energy 💜 does anyone have any tips they use to not strain their neck? I have tight shoulders, traps and neck so it’s hard for me to work abs and not worsen it. I promise I go slow any time I feel a decrease in the accuracy of my form 😭
