Did you have a DI or SDI that would make you all sing if he ever heard singing or whistling? *Click, hummmm (start singing) Thanks SSGT Johnson for your lasting imact
Sometimes when i concentrate really hard i can manipulate sounds around me in my brain to sound like the tune of a song, hopefully that comes in handy.
Hey fucker, biggest difference between you and Nava is that you genuinely help people with your videos. Nava is what I watch for entertainment and you are who I watch for some damn good advice. Keep grinding bro OORAH
The worst part of boot camp for me was a toss up between the two weeks we spent staying in the range barracks and Basic Warrior Training (BWT). The range barracks are a little ways away from main side (I think it’s a five or six mile hike to get there) so your chain of command doesn’t go out to check up on the drill instructors nearly as much. They get away with a lot more IT and fuck fuck games during these two weeks, it’s no joke. And BWT is not only physically demanding, it’s also where you learn a lot of the skills you’re going to have to utilize during the crucible. Most of the challenges you do during the crucible you’ve already done during BWT. I was sick when we went through it and I had a pretty hard time with the physical stuff, my rackmate got dropped for pneumonia and I’m pretty lucky I didn’t join him. It didn’t help that it was getting really cold being the end of October/ beginning of November.
Worst part for me was lack of food. Just having 3 meals was hard, I started chewing on flavored dental floss. Stack your plates on your tray best you can and horde your MRE snacks.
I didn’t watch you to much yet but does the army and the marines go through or the gas chamber or since there different branches they do different training methods I’m 14 and planning on joining and that is my fear
So I know once you do the crucible and your a marine but graduation is still a few days away what are the daily routine after your a marine but havent actually graduated boot camp yet?
You’re not really treated that differently between the end of the crucible and graduation. You have to address your drill instructors by their rank now as opposed to Sir or Ma’am but the routine is for the most part the same. You wake up early, you still PT and drill in preparation for graduation, you still do firewatch, etc. If you’re lucky your Drill Instructors might chill out a little and yell at you a bit less but you’re really not officially a Marine until you’re dismissed at graduation. I don’t remember there being any new training after the crucible though, mainly just lectures on what to expect at MCT. There’s a sit down with the drill instructors called the gauntlet (I went to boot camp in 07 so maybe they don’t do this anymore) where you can speak freely and ask your Drill Instructors any question you want.
Receiving was brutal before the shots at the med center, it only got worse with a sore ass, arms, thighs, and shoulders. "tonight we get to have 5 min fire watches, dont let me catch you sleeping!" *cringe SF
Well you’re jumping in wearing your gear. So it’s not as cold with them on, but it’s not really hard. I was a lifeguard in high school and the water training for that was just about the same as the one in bmt
Hey! My dad is completely against me joining the Marines and he tells me all day, everyday that I'm not going to make it through boot camp, etc. Any tips on how to overcome it I guess lol. Please and thank you.
Thats what ive been told by alot of people. I just think to myself, ive gotten nothing to prove to you but everything to prove to myself. Then continue on
Young Oorah I would like to join the military and it's something I've always wanted to do but my parents are telling me I have to go to college first so idk
Depending on what you have and where it’s at, you can get waivers. I had a tattoo that was disqualifying, I was in the process of having it removed and was able to obtain a waiver. Tattoos are the marines policy, not MEPS from what I understand.
Hey man quick question what was you're asvap score when you joined the marines or is that a personal question ?? Just curious because I want to know what score should I get to join the marines thanks !!
That boii Tony it all depends on the mos you want man. Some people scored low but it didn't matter because they wanted an mos that had a low asvab requirement. I know other people that didn't score high enough to get their desired mos. All you gotta do is talk to a recruiter
Hey can someone who was in the Corps or currently in, tell me, if they ever met someone who before being a marine, they were an addict. They got their life together, and transformed themselves. The same way they chased their addiction they chase a better self.
Hey oorah gangsters! Aka fuckers . Will finallu have an asvab video tmrw morning.
Young Oorah sweet
Young Oorah finally
Young Oorah you mentioned getting accepted into UCSB & UCR. Real quick what was your GPA & SAT score in HS??
Young Oorah Are you from Santa Barbara?
You're the second military youtuber who says music started playing in their heads lol
Pi is fun haha for real? Who else?😂 i thought i was the only who had this problem in bootcamp lolol
Did you have a DI or SDI that would make you all sing if he ever heard singing or whistling? *Click, hummmm (start singing) Thanks SSGT Johnson for your lasting imact
R Goff nope
How the fuck did you enlist with those tats ??? Lol my recruiter says no tats
I thought he was going to talk about the crucible but no... boredom.
"Hey fuckers" fucking classic 😂
It can’t get worse than quarantine
5 videos a day. Thats pure dedication.
Tyler Alex got one for you scheduled my man;)
Sometimes when i concentrate really hard i can manipulate sounds around me in my brain to sound like the tune of a song, hopefully that comes in handy.
it will lol
3:32 You were marching and humming "I'm the only girl in world" by Rihanna or something. 😂
Thanks for getting back bro, I'm always watching your videos you remind of some of my friends lol, stay focused bro your gonna do great things...
Kase B thanks my man!
I’m enlisting in March and don’t know what else would be helpful to learn besides ranks/chain of command
Here I sit, as a Marine Poolee, eating pizza when I'm supposed to be losing weight
I’m a fresh boot. And all this shit that was been talked about is still very relevant lmao
Active or Reserve?

I play music in my head in school and it feels like I have earbuds in and it’s real
Best part has to be earning the EGA keep these videos up! Oorah
jacey Bot best part was graduating and marching on that parade deck lol
Young Oorah you mean Off* hahaha
The worst part of war is the boredom, or so I hear
i BET I wont reach the level of boredom I did when I got sent to juvy for a week, though now that's sealed so it doesn't mattered
Charles Courtwright don't make the mistake of lying. It's not gone forever as they say it is. If they read want to find out, they can and will

I spent my entire life being forced to study lol it’s called high school
How bad is that peanut butter shot?
what’s the difference in becoming a marine and already becoming a marine? which is harder and why
Wtf are you asking
To me the most dreadful thing was when firewatch woke us up 15min before lights those 15min were shitty
In my day we didn't call it "pulling pits", we called it "pulling butts".
dude your videos have helped me out a lot thanks
hell yeah thats awesome
Out of curiosity were the older recruits in your boot camp like 25+?
Mike A you can still join i think. the age cap is 29 most likely
Did you join
I didn’t watch you to much yet but does the army and the marines go through or the gas chamber or since there different branches they do different training methods I’m 14 and planning on joining and that is my fear
hey can you make a video of your funniest moments in bootcamp? or your favorite drill instructor insults? lol
What happens if you're not able to get over an obstacle in the confidence course?
Matthew Lusk you will get over it. Theyre gonna make it happen lol
So I know once you do the crucible and your a marine but graduation is still a few days away what are the daily routine after your a marine but havent actually graduated boot camp yet?
Arthur Smoak inspection and mentoring, grad practice and all that

What was the hardest part about swimming. How cold was the water in the pools ?
Murica Hellya I swear that's what I got to wondering once XD
well looks like I will have to make a video on that!
Water wasn't too bad when I did it
Well you’re jumping in wearing your gear. So it’s not as cold with them on, but it’s not really hard. I was a lifeguard in high school and the water training for that was just about the same as the one in bmt
When it was lights out was the room freezing cold where you couldn't sleep, or was it all nice & cozy?
Karsten Binkley nice and cozy sometimes hot. We kept the windows open

+Young Oorah aye thank you. Also you're videos are fr so helpful, it's good clarification on alot of things. 👌
Nova P , use that resentment as fuel for retaliation. Make it a point to prove him wrong ?
Tell yourself you can do it every time he says you can’t and maybe add to your workout schedule for every time he says something negative
Thats what ive been told by alot of people. I just think to myself, ive gotten nothing to prove to you but everything to prove to myself. Then continue on
@@novap8066 how was training? I assume you made it?
