I love your workout videos. I am so impressed. I saw those hammer curls. I’m glad you’re not afraid of those weights; they are good for you. Most women don’t do them. I used to be a personal trainer. I would lighten the weight a little on the triceps overhead presses. You are on the ball girl! She’s a bad mama jama!
Twaun I watched while getting my steps in on the treadmill and planned to do my resistance training in later this evening but, you inspired me to do it now, thx for the workout keep them coming 🙂.
I need to get some weights. I’ve been doing bodyweight exercises only. I subscribed to Apple Fitness+ and it’s been great to motivate me with workouts. I previously was only doing walking. The video workouts on it are all different lengths and types (dance, yoga, Pilates, strength, hiit) and all levels. I’m starting out as beginner! But as I get better I’m going to add weights. What lb weights do you usually use? And where did you get your weights? Your arm workout looked tough btw! 😅 I bet your muscle % is great! 👍
These are 15 lbs. I need to get more. I got them from Play It Again Sports. That’s wonderful for you. I want to sign up for Pilates to tone my arms and thighs.
