    I completed the workout with a lot of variations to make it low-impact. I’m just glad I broke a sweat and kept moving for 20 mins straight. I’m coming out of a year long depression. I used to be very fit, but then I laid down for days at a time and now my legs feel like a ton of bricks to lift up. This is a great start, thanks 🙏🏽

    After a month, I finally completed this workout. I remember starting this and ended up exact 25%, started again after a week and I hit the 50% mark, hit 80% on the 3rd week and now at exactly 30th day. I finished the workout.

      well even for me who did watch and try a lot of hiit, this one felt hard since there are too many jump xD i did skip some parts like the one at 12:14

    I’m a medical student, I’ve PCOS , Urticaria and my weight is 73 kgs at present. Let me start this journey.. 💯📈 Day 1 : I almost gave up at 66% and 85% rashes appeared all over myself due to physical stress but after a few deep breaths, continued with the stretches & yeah I did it!! i can feel the burn and am sweating out so baddd🔥✅ will be updating on a everyday basis :) cheers!

    It was on hell of a workout, especially on my legs and core but I managed to complete 100% on attempt 1. I will be doing this again once I recover and try to keep up better than I did today.

    Omg! HIIT training is next level. I felt like I enlisted in the military. Coach Brian, are you sure this wasn't beginners boot camp? 😂 My knees made me have to change some things up. They should call me "Modify queen." 😂 The workout is over, and I'm still sweating. Have an awesome day and remember to appreciate the small things.

    I am 220 LBS, 5 foot 9. I just did 20-25% of the workout & I have burned 360 active cals (450 total) with some variations.
