I completed the workout with a lot of variations to make it low-impact. I’m just glad I broke a sweat and kept moving for 20 mins straight. I’m coming out of a year long depression. I used to be very fit, but then I laid down for days at a time and now my legs feel like a ton of bricks to lift up. This is a great start, thanks 🙏🏽

I’m a medical student, I’ve PCOS , Urticaria and my weight is 73 kgs at present. Let me start this journey.. 💯📈 Day 1 : I almost gave up at 66% and 85% rashes appeared all over myself due to physical stress but after a few deep breaths, continued with the stretches & yeah I did it!! i can feel the burn and am sweating out so baddd🔥✅ will be updating on a everyday basis :) cheers!

well even for me who did watch and try a lot of hiit, this one felt hard since there are too many jump xD i did skip some parts like the one at 12:14
My belly was 40 inches before but after doing this 2 times daily for 2 months it came to 32🔥👌
