One Hour World War II is intended to be what it says on the box - the whole Second World War crammed into an hour of play time. It is a strategic level game for 2 to 5 players.
Featuring a series of Actions and Responses from 2 to 5 players stay engaged with little or no down time.
Anyone who is a fan of Axis & Allies or Twilight Struggle or similar strategic level World War II games will definitely enjoy One Hour World War II.
Highly reccomend this one. Can't go wrong with Clint.
He's a very dedicated and passionate designer
@@LegendaryTactics Maybe he can come back at some point for a teach and play?
@@erichkeys Yes - maybe I will...
Great video and interesting game!
Thank you for watching and for commenting!
With only 80-some actions in a game, I am worried about replayability. Would there be an optimal branch on a nation’s decision tree that guarantees victory and makes the game stale? The more Clint talked, the less concern I had. I’m looking forward to playing the game.
I love his passion to build a game that can be fun and teach simultaneously, especially in a classroom setting!
Yes, I have a feeling it will be very replayable! Thanks for watching and commenting!
I despise A&A for all the reasons Clint brings up lol. There’s so many better game designs out there that are A&A like but keep players much more engaged and the game being more sophisticated without being too complex.
Yes, game design has thankfully moved on, and there are lots of alternatives out there. Have you tried War Room?
