Drug City was one my video stores. It was a store that had just about anything from pharmacy, market, household and booze. It had a small video rental in the back corner where I used to rent movies and Nintendo games. It was across the street from my grandmas house it’s in Baltimore! Awesome dude!
2:42 omg the klaus kinski version Ive never seen it either but ill probably watch it tonight! And omg! Texas chainsaw 2 is the best!!! You gotta watch it if you havent yet. It turns into a almost chucky atmosphere as its more so a comedy
The Gates Of Hell and Creepers are awesome!🤔 That copy of Gates is in great condition for it's age. Almost all those horror movies are good. Good showing and cool video bro!👉🙂👈
What you have with IT Mini-series is the single, Extended Play, Warner Hits vhs. It's basically crud because it plays extremely poor quality. What you need is one of the 2X vhs releases (Part 1 on 1 vhs and part 2 on the other),- it isn't only watchable but is the completely Uncut version of the TV version. - More of the Stanley Uris "Suicide Scene", and end credits, Opening Credits on second tape for part 2, and Ultimately more dialog before Bill arrives at the cemetery. I reccomend you get the 2 vhs release - ebay USA is one of the best ways to find them. Great collection by the way!👍👍

So cool getting an ex-rental from your childhood store! 😁👍 Oh and 'Meet the Feebles' is one of Peter Jackson's. I think his first was Bad Taste. Brain Dead/Dead Alive grossed me out too much as a kid to watch his other early stuff 😅

Thanks for the video, Looks like you've got a lot more to get through now I bet you'll find some good ones in there I know of a few of the Japanese ones I remember watching Sakura diaries a few years ago, The soundtrack was good (I guess that is common for 90's anime) but other than that its not all that worth watching, Although there is a decent amount of fanservice from what I remember - Theres only 3 episodes per tape anyway so probably worth spooling it up just to see the soundtrack in all it's VHS glory lol Who knows you might start collecting Anime VHS's as well, which would be a good thing since they are actually on the up right now price wise I know suicide club had a manga but that's pretty much all I know Haven't read or seen it, Might be worth watching not sure Haven't seen Kure Kure Takora but one google search is enough for me to say it looks like another crazy live action Japanese "children's" show probably cursed and worth the watch for the laughs Have a great rest of your week, Thanks for all the great videos Keep up the great work Take care

Btw, my advice is don't watch 'Men Behind The Sun' ... You don't seem like you'd be a gore hound so stay away ( I think a lot of those boot looking tapes were gory stuff). It's a fictional film, but shockingly graphic, about Japanese WW2 war crimes against civilians. Grim, I just found it depressing and gave up. Have to endorse what others have said here, Withnail and I is simply a brilliant film.
