      I feel this exact thing and I understand. My whole body begins to shake uncontrollably and I have to lay down. My mind races to the worst possible scenarios. But it's just our minds fight or flight response. Everything will be okay. You're not alone, we will get through this.

      Broke Army미나 Watch “The Anxiety Guy”, last month I was suffering so bad to the point my eyes hurt whenever I blink cuz of crying too much, I was not happy at all. Eventually you’ll learn to understand yourself better, find the core of your anxiety and resolve it. You got this, you’re not alone. Remember, keep moving forward because this anxiety is not a disorder, it is a chance for us to make a better version of ourselves. Don’t worry, I’m 15 and was getting so angry and telling God “Why? Why Me?” But I ended up asking Him for help and he did. Stay strong!

    This comment section brought me to tears. Anxiety attacks feel so bad. I would never wish them upon anybody. I’m sorry that we’re all going through this. But I know in my heart we’ve got this. Just keep in mind it will pass.. it will get better… you’re not alone. Live life one day at a time.. take it easy. We were given this challenge because we can over come it and do better! ❤️

      I am the SAME exact way. My heart races and scares me horribly which heightens the attack. Then I worry my heart is beating too fast and something bad is going to happen. I literally just had a panic attack...I was able to calm myself down. But I know the feeling all too well...I hope in moments like this you are able to find peace. It makes me breathe a little easier knowing it’s not just me who gets these feelings...

    I’m 24 years old and I’ve been dealing with panic disorder since I was 6. You’d think I’d be used to these attacks by now but they are still so hard to manage and I feel so weak sometimes.       I'm 19 years old and I have been dealing with unstoppable anxiety and panic attacks.....it is really hard to manage....I lose the track of time......I forget about lil things again and again....at afternoon time I feel unstoppable anxiety unless I do something........I always think that whatever I do is never going to take me anywhere I'll end up stuck in this mess everyday....but I'll never stop fighting, no matter what other people see or say...I've lost half of my family an year ago....it seems very easy to other people.... they'll tell you why you be this way , the day today struggles that we face where everything feels like a trigger, any easiest work seems like climbing on a mountain, cause somehow being through this we have gave others the power to judge us on every single thing even sometimes mistake is not ours, bcs we have so low self esteem, we can't feel good about ourselves though we want to be treated fairly and lovingly by others.....we are expecting too much from others.....want to be perfect...cause each little flaw we have gives us intense anxiety...and when those flaws are causing troubles to others....this all we feel , it may seem easy for others , but only we people with anxiety can understand how hard it is to deal with everyday.....

      it's pretty bad here i'm 19 years old, i've had this for almost a year now, it's not easy but cold water helps a lot or playing games, divert your thoughts all the time as i was writing this i had mild attacks, you keep your head up and cant dies from this but is mentally difficult

Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts and anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes or more. No deep inhalation needed. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts.     I came across this video. Started having anxiety attacks once the pandemic started happening. The 1st one was the worse. On and off for almost the entire day. All the symptoms in some of your comments are spot on. I just want to feel

      don't worry. i believe in you and I know you will get through this. it's scary, i know. but eventually and hopefully soon you won't let these feelings control you and take over. I used to have horrible anxiety attacks every day, to the point where i couldn't leave my house for months. but then i learned how to cope with it, and i realized that my body was just reacting to something that wasn't there. once you realize you are okay and it won't actually harm you, you'll stop giving it so much power and hopefully they'll stop coming as often or all together. but we all understand and we all relate. everyone gets anxious.

      I do this a lot. You probably thought about something, looked at something or you’re in a hard time in your life and it made you nervous. I do it all the time! Just get it out of your head and breathe just how you normally would although it may be hard. It’s just shortness of breath wich is part of anxiety! I have the exact some experience in my anxiety. Don’t worry it will be okay! Just try to relax and deep calm breathes and put on relaxation music and close your eyes.

    I am having a panic attack right now, and it’s hard to take your mind off of what you’re feeling, you know??? Like I get nauseous, and my abdomen starts cramping, I get chills, a low-grade fever, and I feel like I’m going to pass out (and all of this makes it hard to eat and sleep). Sorry to anyone who doesn’t want the list of what I suffer when I am panicking, but I just wanted to vent 😢
    I hope everyone feels better soon! Make sure to eat and stay hydrated (to keep you from ACTUALLY passing out) and remember that all panic attacks are temporary! (If you feel like yours is never-ending, try and distract yourself. I read a post where someone put ice in their mouth, and the shock of the cold helped to distract their brain from the attack, so if you really need to, you could try that. I usually just watch RUclips, which is how I found this video).

    Whenever I have a panic attack I like to think about the next day or just about the the next thing I have planned. It helps me to remember that I won't feel the panic for much longer.

    I was falling asleep while watching a random video and my heart suddenly started racing and my body felt weak and shaky and my right arm started getting tense. It felt like I was dying, but trust me, you are NOT. Even if this happens at the most random times where you least expect it, you are NOT dying.

I have anxiety too I’ve been diagnosed with severe anxiety and it can be really hard sometimes at the moment I’m not doing well because I’m super tired and that usually makes me more anxious and my mind is running really fast right now, but I’m about to see so that might help. But even if you don’t wanna talk about it have an amazing day and just know that you are loved 🥰

    Being someone who has suffered greatly with panic/anxiety attacks, OCD etc. it makes me so upset to see people who are struggling presently. If you are currently going through a hard time with anxiety, please please just know that everything IS going to be fine and you are strong enough to overcome this! It will not take over you!       yup its called episodic paroxysmal anxiety or smth. i have the same thing for 2 weeks now. it's so scary, i hope it will be gone forever one day soon.. cuz i keep living "in a dream" with tunnel vision and can't even fall asleep for a week now.. i sleep barely 2 hours because of panic attacks and then i have 12 hour shift at work and can barely move there. Literally can't even stand up. Feels like i'm going crazy..

      Sandra Igoninaitė that’s derealization, a symptom of anxiety. One thing that helped me is to not focus on it. First, breathe. Deeply. Breathe in through your nose, feel your stomach expand. Hold it for five seconds, then let out slowly. Repeat. Ignore the dream like sensation. It will go away. The more you pay attention to it, the less it will get.

    everything is so relatable. it showed me that im not going through this alone. it helped me know that im safe, and it’s not embarrassing to be anxious. everyone i know always says “you’re overreacting” or “stop being a baby”. it’s made me feel like im the only person that gets like this. but this made me realize im not.
    when im anxious i normally get nauseous. currently my throat is hurting and im thinking of all the bad consequences. but as I listen to the music and read the words to this video, it helps a lot.

I have many supportive friends, but i am transfering to a different school next year and wont see them. I am having a huge panic attack. Luckily, i still have my dad and sister there for me.

    I suffer from anxiety attacks all the time and it is the scariest feeling in the world. I feel like my body is dying and all of my fears are hitting me all at one time. It makes me sad to see people joke about it because I would rather break all my bones in my body than suffer from an anxiety attack

    When I have an anxiety attack, I feel like I am completely disconnected from God. It’s a terrible feeling. But, as it happens I pray for all of us. I ask God for help and guidance. Since I’ve been doing this, I have had only a couple attacks since I was 21. I’m 34 now and I have to say...

    i get anxious about anything medical. i was on tiktok and a lovely girl was talking about seizures. she gets them when she’s anxious and that made me spiral. my head felt weird, i had to go inside quickly and breathe. just finished crying. thank you so much buzzfeed, anxiety is so difficult to cope with.

      I used to have seizures, but that was mostly due to internal bleeding and heavy alcohol use. I don't think you'll have any, and if so you'll be okay. I promise.

      I’m scared Iv gotten an allergic reaction to eyebrow tint and I pretty sure my eyes have slightly swollen up and there is so much stuff about going blind, I’m so scared and I find it hard to breath

    Currently watching this trying to calm myself down. If I can be honest, I'm struggling with a drug & alcohol addiction that has gotten worse over the last year of my life, and want to get myself clean. I can't sleep tonight because of how much its been bothering me lately as well as other things I am going through. It caused me to have a panic attack tonight but this video thankfully helped alot. I pray for everyone in the world feeling anxiety, or stress like I am right now, things can get better if we make them happen. I'm ready and praying too hopefully find some assistance that can help find a place to help me get a fresh healthy start at this life again. I would love nothing more than too regain & relearn that peace, happiness, and sobriety I once had then be able to pass it on and help another person feeling just the way I do right now. Most of us can see this world is going through a lot of unfortunate depression, anxiety, addictions & alcoholism as well as other health issues that we all need to come together and help one another when we are able. Sorry for the long personal rant, I just wanted to share my honesty hoping it might help any others that came across this video going through something similar, not feel they are alone!     I usually have panic attacks at night when I’m trying to sleep. It’s horrible because I often end up staying awake all night telling myself I’m ok. Does anyone have any tips to help this 😔

      I personally try listening to AMSR and take slow deep breaths- though, it doesn’t work all the time, it can be worth a shot! I hope at least they get better enough, so that you can sleep

Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free during the day or night before sleep sit or lie down still for a few minutes and observe your breath.       Yes, this is one of my main symptoms along with shortness of breath and heart palpitations, I visited the doctors many times, and been assured that this was purely anxiety! Scary stuff but we will all push through this!

    I’ve been having extremely bad anxiety lately and I’ve been having panic attacks that make me feel like I’m not going to survive 😣 it’s been so bad and I’ve never dealt with something so severe on my mental health. I grow more and more fearful every day that I’m never going to be the same. I’m truly petrified and don’t know how to handle everything. However, it’s consoling to know that there are other people enduring the same struggles and I hope we can all get through this together.

    Thanks so much for this video, for the people reading this. Please don’t worry about your panic attacks, remember everything is going to be okay. Breath in and out every time you feel panic attacks coming your way, let them. Because if you resist you will feel fear and if you let them pass you’ll get used to it and than forget about those bad feelings. I’ve been troughs and still this day battling those horrible feelings but remember that god loves you and will never leave you suffering. If you remember him he’ll remember you and help you eventually. God bless y’all❤️
