Greek shashlyk. Honestly, the best way to marinade pork is onions and kefir what is fermented milk. If you have such a good chunk of meat, cook shashlyk! 😆 and yup, charcoal makes difference, use char coal!!!

I use the Cavenders seasoning but it contains alot of MSG as it's the 5th ingredient.
Its soo good though. I wonder what a better substitute would be?

I marinade I lb of chicken 🐔 and or pork 🐖 in.
Juice of one lemon 🍋
Few tablespoons olive🫒 oil
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 teaspoon each of
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
And Cavenders.
Marinade should resemble chimichuri.
Marinate overnight.
Grill to a nice Char.
The grilling to a char is key to the flavor.
The Cavenders will enhance the herbs 🌿 and spices and not overwhelming the final product with sodium and that kinda weird flavors you get from to much MSG.
MSG isn't harmful for you, get over those 60s racist anti-chinese myths lmao
I just add msg to my marinade instead of using cavenders. It makes it so much better.
