- Today we are making a Greek street food favorite! Pork Souvlaki! Succulent cubes of pork infused in a delicious garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and olive oil marinade. Grilled over a medium fire then wrapped in a homemade flatbread with some freshly made Tzatziki. Nóstimo!
Recipe
Pork Souvlaki
∙ 1.5kg pork neck steaks
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ 3 garlic cloves grated
∙ 1/3 cup olive oil
∙ 1 tablespoon dried oregano
∙ juice of 1 lemon
∙ ½ tablespoon lemon zest
Tzatziki
∙ 1 English cucumber
∙ 2 garlic cloves grated
∙ 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
∙ 2 cups Greek yogurt
∙ Salt & pepper
Toppings
∙ Tomatoes
∙ Red onions
∙ Chips ( fries)
Flatbread recipe

Would pork shoulder be a good substitute for pork neck? I don’t typically see that cut at my local grocery store
Pork shoulder will also be perfect, even belly will also be great.
