    The fat you removed render it down till all the dripping is extracted out, then use that instead of the olive oil. When the warm dripping touches the ingredients you will see the dripping instantly firm up turning white. This not only gives great flavour but it's like a self baste. In my resturant will add 5 to six layers by using a brush then add another layer when it's fitted up. You will have the tastiest kebab ever

    You showed 2 tablespoons of olive oil for the sauce but you have 2 teaspoons in the directions. You may want to clarify that for people who have never done this And are not good at cooking like me😬

    • @basant_catering
      @basant_catering  4 года назад

      Phil Vassi Look man no recipe is an absolute, it’s ever changing. We cook our own point of view hence we experience different styles of cooking which is the coolest part of cooking. Something is a deal breaker for you might be something other doesn’t care for so we adjust to what we like. If we all thought the the same thing & the same way we will be robots. I respect your point of view & I alway encourage people to find a way to make a recipe their own by adjusting ingredients instead of just following a dotted line . I wish you all the best stay safe & healthy in these crazy times 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
