  • Here’s how I was able to lose over 14 pounds in 4 days to make my weight class for my last powerlifting meet.
    I used a combination of water cutting, gut cutting in the days prior and sweat and spit out several pounds the day of to drop from 234.0 to 219.5 and compete with no negative side effects.
    I give credit in the video to other coaches like JP Cauchi Steve Denovi for some of their methods I have adopted over the years in crafting my own protocol for myself.
