you mentioned it's easier to observe the progress of a water cut on a leaner person. In terms of effect, though, does a fluffier person have a similar response to water cuts (re-hydration response, training, etc.) or is should one be more 'digilent" about it?
Don't know how you do it? i've just cut from 198 to 181 and it damn near killed me. 17lbs in 5 days. I was almost delirious. This is for a mock deadlift meet to see if i could do it, but i'm right on a Masters 3 AWPC Deadlift world record. I should have been attempting it at a sanctioned meet, but it got called off because of Covid, and because i've peaked for it, i decided i'm doing it unofficial
great video. i book your Deadlift ebook last black friday and it helped me a lot.. where's the link for the article ?? Im 5 weeks out and i need to cut 7lb :$
I need to cut 6 lbs, should i take diuretics, cut out water for a week and IV drip????? But actually, what's a good protocol for a minimal water cut? 4 weeks out and mainly dieting because i've never water cut at all and I'm worried that I'll screw up so I don't wanna depend on it, but my weight fluctuates terribly and a water cut might be necessary. If I only need to drop like 4lbs of water, what's the best way to do that and how close to the meet should i start?
Lol, that's insane to be doing IV drip for 6 pounds. I water loaded for like 2 days and cut/reduced water the day before weigh in and went from 169 to 160. But go ahead, take diuretics, IV drip, cut water for a month, get liposuction, maybe an amputation or two fro 6 pounds.
That thumbnail of the vid LOL
Competing for the first time at 181 July 29th. Cutting about 6-8lb. Thanks for the videos. You the man.
