Every clear is different. The product I use which is called octoral C450 is cured and ready to polish in 10mins at 60 deg C but in most cases I air dry overnight so when I come into work in the morning it’s all ready to go. I can speed the curing process up if I need to but this is just the way I work 👍
Another great video mate.....Any chance you can put links in your videos, where you can buy these products from. Being in Australia its sometimes very hard to find them. Cheers from down under,,,,,,
Your are correct the G360 is a 1 stage cutting polish but it’s not a finishing/anti swirl polish and that’s what I used to finish the polishing off with. Farecla themselves suggest this method
Thanks for sharing your opinion, maybe it’ll be helpful for others but personally I don’t use it anymore because theirs are better and quicker tools on the market
For runs I actually now prefer a different method that I have loads of success with. The blade is great but only on fully cured hard paint, otherwise you could risk snagging it
Great video as always. How long did you let the freshly painted surface dry before you sand?

Yes sure, that’s a good idea. I will add some to here next time. Was there one you needed now?
@@damageundoneltd Where do you buy the Mirka Blade ?
Mr Eighty Twenty you can get them off of eBay. Here’s a link: rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F382489490032
hola es mejor que el de la marca festool ?gracias
Sorry but I only speak English
@@damageundoneltd Hello, is it better than the festool brand? Thank you.
Both are very good but I like the shape of the mirka more for curves
You love the g360 because it's one stage, yet you had to do 2 stages.. 🥴

Absolutely wrong way to use that tool. zHold it flat the rope sets the proper inclination.

@@damageundoneltdI'm always open to new tools and procedures, what tools are you referring to?
If ur going to use 2000 either way then you don't need to waste ur time and money on the tool...
For denibling maybe you are correct, but for runs that tool is fast and cuts a lot faster and safer than paper on the sanding block.
