Thank you so much for this recipe! I just made this last night for my fiancé who has been struggling after 7 months on carnivore and he absolutely loved it!
Love your recipe! I changed it a little bit. I thickened my chili with heavy whipping cream after adding the butter and I make chicken skin chips with salt to fulfill my old Frito ways!! Also I use this jalapeno Beef Bone Broth by epic and it really gives it a kick! Thanks again for all your recipes! loved the Alfredo chicken wings recipe you have!!
Thank you for posting this! I recently went from Keto to Carnivore and I love it. I used to make a keto chili but was at a loss how to make it carnivore. This is the perfect video! You're awesome!
Having a chili party at work tomorrow. Wanted to participate so I made this. OMG! This is the BEST chili I've ever had! I am just calling it 3 Meat Texas Chili! People get weird when you tell them its Carnivore. They act like you're going to poison them! Lol! Thanks for a really delicious recipe (Carnivore or not).
Well heck~ didn't realize your channel was even around 2 yrs ago Reed. This is an awesome chili imho, & I also come from decades of chili making. My signature was a 5 meat/5 bean extravaganza that I truly had perfected over the years. I don't like super hot & spicy, just a bit of heat-like your chipotle- w/more focus on the "umami" richness. Mushrooms & red onion browned & crispy in butter then deglazed w/red wine is one way to richen it up~ so I might be making a veg exception for this one. chicken thighs diced small might help me w/a bit of the bean texture I'm thinking~ not that it's needed. Even w/my old way, I used 3-4 times more meat than beans. We've always been 'meaty', even prior to carnivore. Thanks for sharing your version~ Sam in AZ
@@CarnivorousChef A lot of people who have issues with gluten also cross react with dairy. So there are a lot of people who came to carnivore to escape food sensitivities who would appreciate dairy free alternatives. The pork rinds were a great idea. Those also work well for "breading" and frying and for a carnivore friendly binder in meatloaf and meatballs.
I've been trying to find a carnivore chili thank you for making this and have you tried this with ketogenic woman's carnivore pasta recipe. I plan on making this with the noodles sometime soon
Gonna make this tonight except I have homemade tomato sauce from my garden so will use that rather than paste. Have all the ingredients. Should be tasty.
Do you have any carnivore crock pot recipes that do not require browning? I want to have something cooking in a 12 volt hot logic while I am driving / traveling.
I was so excited when I saw the title but disappointed with the non-carnivore ingredients. If I ever go to Keto though, this is my fist meal!!!!!!!!!!! It looks delicious!
Powders of Chili, Cummin, Garlic, Onion, Chipotle and black pepper are plant based spices- (not carnivore) Tomato paste, honey, vinegar and raw minced onion are more plant based ingredients- (not carnivore) The College Inn beef broth you used has Sunflower Oil, Onion Powder, Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Vegetable Stock which is . . . (Concentrates of Onion, Celery Root and Carrot), Black Pepper, Celery Seed all plant based- (not carnivore) in fact the ingredients in your College Inn beef broth doesn't even have beef in it nor is beef listed on the ingredients. Sorry but as delicious as I'm sure this was and as convinced as I am that you're a great cook . . . . I give the recipe a 👎 for carnivores. This would be a beautiful keto recipe at best.
@@deskjockie4948 His video title calls this a carnivore chili recipe. It's not even ketovore, it's straight up keto. Nothing carnivorish about it. 💁 Lovely recipe though. Made me hungry af watching him cook that.
You cooked the spices! Excellent! It brings out the best in the dish. I'm anxious to try your recipe. Keep at it! Your channel will grow.
You sir are a genius!!! My wife just found your channel and made this chilli it's the best I've ever had. We did it without the honey.
Thank you so much for this recipe! I just made this last night for my fiancé who has been struggling after 7 months on carnivore and he absolutely loved it!
When the carnivore-ish diet becomes more wide spread, this guy will be famous!
Saw this video last night and saved on my list
.Shop for ingredients and cooked it for dinner today. Was soooooo good.Thank you!🙏👏👍
So happy you liked it!
This looks really good - I like that idea of adding in the butter and sour cream as well - haven't tried that before. Looking forward to trying this.

Something I like to add is some swerve brown "sugar," if you can tolerate it.
Friggin delicious. Have made it 2 times this week 😬🙏🏼

Looks amazing! I've never thought to top with crushed pork rinds...great touch as I do miss that crunch! (I sometimes do crispy onions).
wow this is amazing! And the pork rinds are a great add.
Looks great chef!!!!!
Thanks
Looks so good love your videos look forward to cooking
This is an amazing find!
Another way to thicken for those who are dairy averse is to add some gelatin.
A great idea!

Yummy. knox gelatin with thickened that right up
Always, awesome recipes. I love adding the bacon to my chili also.

Mmmm ty
Thanks. I dont own an instapot but this looks like one of those ideal for it.
no need for an instantpot!
That looks so good.. I'm totally gonna make this
This looks quality, dude. Cheers!
Yum
Nice chili recipe.
Do you have any carnivore crock pot recipes that do not require browning? I want to have something cooking in a 12 volt hot logic while I am driving / traveling.
My favorite is just a chuck roast with salt and let it ride on low for 8 hours.
@@CarnivorousChef Thank you! So Simple:) Have you ever cooked in a hot logic?
Looks 😋
What did I do wrong that it didn’t thicken? I’m not the best cook. Help?
Reduction! If you use a broth high in collagen, it thickens when you simmer it for a long time
@@CarnivorousChef Please include in your recipe.
It's in the description
Yummmmm smoked sausage. That would be awesome.
Oh yes!
Looks to be more a ketovore recipe but still looks very good
Definitely not carnivore, but acceptable.

if you are carnivore, why drain the fat and then add butter?
Because butter tastes better and I count my Calories
Yesterday I just mixed some gluten free chili spice mix, water, and browned hamburger meat to make chili. Tomatoes have too many carbs.
Okay
Honey would be a no-go for me...
Understandable
Leave the honey out if Carnivore notta
??
Nice, you lost me at "add honey", though. 🤨😳

Automatically I said I'd use my home made beef broth. I'm sure everyone knows commercial varieties aren't pure .
It’s spelled collagen
I'm making this TODAY!!!!!!😘😘😘
I'm not a chili fan but this looks amazing!
Thank you! :)
