There’s just nothing to eat
Even sardines aren’t cheap 3.75 oz in a can for $1.25 = 5.33 a lb too!! And no fat leftover.
I understand. I am also in the same boat. So I try to make something interesting and share it with everyone! I'll continue to try to do things with economy cuts
@@YeshuaKingMessiah God bless🙏🌹, He will provide.
🙇
@YeshuaKingMessiah if you have a "dollar tree" nearby, e sardines are $1.25 per can. A little cheaper!
What were you eating and spending before this? Also look for BOGO specials and bulk packages. Chicken and pork are pretty cheap and a good way to add variety
Recipe???? You making a hamburger?????
Microplastics dude. Don't cut through it.
I don't think that's how micro plastics work.
Can you say what You reasoning (or motivation) is, to do carnivore diet?
Making a hamburger patty is a hack? Really? Ground Beef? I'm curious what old boring, I'm tired of this cooking method, are these hacks taking the place of. Dumping a package into the pan and cooking as it lays? You could have suggested some Beurre Monte Butter Sauce at least!
The video says what it is. I don't know why you had any other expectations
And btw a Monter au Beurre is not a sauce. It's the act of whisking in cold butter into a sauce
Did you actually say, "that shit is ultra-processed"? Thumbs down, no sub.
He said deli meats at ultra-processed. Which they are..
Cool 👍
It amazes me how some people don’t listen, but still feel the need to comment on something. And it’s a video that you can rewind and listen to again if you didn’t understand the first time.
Thanks for the video, just starting that diet/life style, appreciate the content.
