Well, after Massacre formed and released From Beyond in 1991, Chuck called their music "generic." Makes sense given the drama between all the members in Massacre and Death. Chuck hated Vince Neil, and probably Mötley Crüe, for obvious reasons.
+Mahler Haze Ok fair enough :) He also mentiones his fave horrormovies at that time, also inspiring for songwriting: Make them die slowly, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1-3, Silent night, deadly night, Evil Dead and then he mentions something like: Deadly faun/fun, return of the alien, Dave pall...? Do you know which movies he mentiones last?
@@Malegys wish I could have interviewed Chuck back then....but I was 9 at the time so that would've been a strange interview. Thanks again for sharing.
Damn, I really wanted to hear what bands he hated lol.

Canadian Slaughter :)
He hated the other guys in Death lol
When Chuck was asked what bands he was influenced, he was trying his best not to mention Possessed for some reason.
This is so adorable for such an extreme band
Dude so sick!
Very clear audio, amazing to hear after all these years! Thanks , made my day !!!
"Mhh.. let's see."
Fucking death metal history right here. Let the metal flow for eternity! RIP Chuck. Gone but never forgotten.
What A Time To Live As Metalheads As This Monumental Album Is About To Unfold Spawning A New Genre Of Metal, DEATH METAL

My pleasure,mate :)
+Mahler Haze :D Do you have the rest of the tape also? Chuck was just about to tell which bands he hated lol
+TheReincarnatedDeath
Well, no. Because Josh (the interviewer) said that that would be "off the record" ;)

That would be Deadly Spawn & Gates of Hell (Dave Pall)
Oh man, we didn't get to hear what bands he hated, that's a drag... very cool video dude, thank you so much.
My pleasure :)
When I heard “hey what’s going on” that was so funny lol
thanks for posting this killer interview \m/
9:37 what horror movie does he say is killer ? I can't make that out ...
Make them die slowly.
Fucking legendary recording.
This is awesome!
This is great
SADUS
Nooo I wanted to hear the rest of the interview
That's a War And Pain interview...nothing to do with Bori.
Well, on my tape it always said "Interview for Violent Noize zine". No biggie, it's the content of the interview that's most important.
Whata drag
yeah, that gets said quite often :-D
Kid said OVERKILL sucked lol I think not, especially in '87..
agreed ! "Taking over" is a super heavy album !
This is pretty awesome but who's doing the interview? Sounds like a kid!
A guy called Josh who apparently contributed to "War & Pain" fanzine & not "Violent Noize" zine (which was what was mentioned on my tape of this)
