Yes you can, but it won’t be African black soap anymore, it will just be a normal moisturising soap that you can use as a body wash, face wash or shampoo
If you check on Amazon or ebay, you can look for Stephenson melt and pour black soap base, if you can’t find then go ahead with the regular glycerin soap base that you have
