Nice vid! Ran into the same problem. I had to cut the bolt as it was spinning with the nut. Unfortunately on the Vectra (B) there is no room for pliers or a wrench to unscrew the inner tie rod unless you use a car lift or something and go underneath. Or buy the specific tool for the job.
