Thanks for the video, forgetting to put on the boot at that stage is not half as bad as forgetting to put it on after you've fitted the rod back to the car, lol The most annoying part of this job is the rip off price they charge at the garage to set your tracking !!!

Awesome video mate, dont get many from start to finish. I have a zafira b riddled with issues so your videos are well needed.👍

Great video 👍 I am going to do a Corsa D and I didn't know you could get a full kit for the inner tie rod. Interesting to know that GM used TRW part's from new 🤔

That was a great instructional video.
One question, is this how you'd do the Zafira B as well?

Hi, I would say yes as I believe the Zafira shares the same running gear as the Astra, I hope this helps

Hi, thanks for your comment, no, I didn't have to buy any special tools, I managed to get a large adjustable spanner on the inner tie rods

is it alright to drive with inner tie rods excessive play?

I am not a trained mechanic so this is just what I would do, if it failed the MOT on exsesive play I would NOT drive it until fixed if it was just an advisory then I would still use the car but get them sorted within a month or 2
