Thanks, I'm going to try your recipe. I have planned on making a cinnamon raisin bread, so before it's cut into strips I'll lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the dough, then cut and twist. It tastes best when not too much cinnamon is used, also just sprinkled on and rolled or twisted, not mixed in the whole dough.
Thank you for sharing this tutorial. Just tried it today and I rolled mine into little buns. They turned out awesome, nice and fluffy. I was quite worried on the kneading part but this dough is very easy to work with
