It should be very enlarged when done. Bake in 338 F-356F for 20-25 mins. (depends on the oven) Slam the pan on the counter a few times. Cover top with oil then serve.

Wow, the bread looks so good outside and inside! I am ok with egg, milk, and butter, but it is interesting to know that the soft and layered structure is more of the result of proper rising, kneading and folding rather than the ingredients. Thank you for the video!
Love from India. made this today as my first attempt at bread making and it turned out just as good.. only problem is idk how to eat it or what to eat it with. Another challenge was the temperature and cooking time, didn't expect it to be fully cooked within 12 minutes in my convection microwave set at 190° .. stopped midway (6mins) because it got too brown and then covered with foil and cooked till i felt it was good totally appreciate the fact that weighed out measures for ingredients were listed out, far better than tsp, tbsp, cup and what not. For those complaining about not having scales, get them. I use ₹210 which is less than $3 kitchen scales.

So I made this out of sheer boredom (aka quarantine) and I didn’t have a bread pan so I just made one giant roll instead of three and put the one larger loaf in to a Dutch oven and it turned out excellent. I left my bread in just shy of 30mins and it turned out perfect. It’s so deliciously soft. I also made some hummus to dip it in. So. Good.

You can always eat it with Bhaaji from 'Pav Bhaji' assuming you know it as you are Indian or just make some garlic toast , plain butter or even misal
