Garam masala itself is prepared by grinding and mixing 12 ingredients : corriander, cumin, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, pepper corns, cinnamon, bay leaves, nutmeg, star anise, strands mace, fennel. Ready made garam massala is used in the above video ; so the cooking looks very simple. 😁👍 The fish is more tasty and flavoury than it looks on screen.

There are a lot of sharks in the water where I live. There are so many that when you catch a fish and pull it up, half of it is gone because sharks got it.
