Pukeko's are Purple Swamphens or Australasian Swamphens over here in Aussie. We have them in our backyard daily here in Coffs. Kinda cool as we had them in our backyard a lot as a kid in Tauranga.

Dads I30 did the same thing as your Everest. It started of Stalling then it run rough and it ended up after 6 runs to the workshop a Alge growing in the fuel tank it cost big money new injectors fuel tank removed and cleaned ect Maybe try some fuel Doctor to head of the problem.
Hey Daryle, sorry to hear about your dads car troubles, but thank you for the information. We’re hopping as we are always on the move that our tank wouldn’t have time between fills for the alge to grow… but u never know… we will keep that in mind should it happen again and pop some fuel doctor in just incase next time we’re at the shops. OMG, same thing happened to me in Margaret River. Got up in the morning started my house up, no gears. Rang RAC, tried the gears a few times while waiting and about 20 mins before they arrived the gears started working. Got it checked out when I came back up to Perth as I've been worried about going to far and apparently everything is good. Hope you don't have any more issues and if so hope it's an easy fix. Safe travels 😊

Hi Sounds like you would like a Ram. We have a Ram DT1500 Limited and are getting 24l/100klms average compared to 16.6 when we towed the 3t 5.9mtr van with our Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel. But towing with the Ram feels so much safer. Their are now a lot of the old model DS's for sale so you could pick up a near new one for a good price.

Nice caravan park, noisy, right beside a hwy,......And bloody expensive at $47 p/n, give me the bush anyday. A lot of parks just take the piss with their charges.
Yes we don’t usually stay in parks that expensive, but we were meeting friends in Adelaide so we splurged for a couple of nights. But we agree some of the pricing is a little out of control.

Could be a crank angle sensor, it can cause stalling like you described and doesn’t throw a code.

I fixed one of this fault related to fuel temp sensor for some reason it gives higher temp reading to the ecm but if never threw a fault codes.
