    We are thoroughly enjoying your videos. You take your time and with the camera pointing forward, we can see where you (and us) are going. Finally RUclipsrs who aren't racing everywhere with very headbanging music. Thank you

    Another suggestion if I may: whenever you get the opportunity crawl under your tow vehicle and check the chassis for cracks behind the cab. There are more and more incidents of your type of vehicle getting cracked and broken chassis when they’ve had heavy canopies fitted.

      It's been extended and if done properly with plates on the chassis, shouldn't be a problem. Is a major issue with standard dual cab utes.

      As the reply below we had the chassis extended (which put the wheels where they should be almost middle of the tray) and strengthened at the same time as we knew we would be travelling at our max GVM

    Nice to see people driving to the conditions
    That is slowly…
    Most people think the Gibb is a speedway….
    Take anything at the correct speed and your gear will survive
    Great video guys and enjoy your trip

    A great adventure with mates, campfire cooking.
    Does it get any better than that (seeing a grader on the gravel roads definitely helps 🤣)

    I know the feeling of driving halfway across the country to get to the real bush and dirt roads,only to be so happy to get acouple hundred metres of bitumen.

    We absolutely love your episodes and value your comments and opinions. This episode the sound has not been its usual quality and we have struggled to hear you clearly. Have you considered a microphone to reduce other background noises?😁🌺

    Hi great set up enjoy your trips one day when you have time can you do a clip on your boat sounder set up what size battery how long it lasts how you charge it on the rod thanks

    • @travellingaustralia7319
      @travellingaustralia7319  23 дня назад

      Our sounder is fitted in a plastic tool box type case so completely portable and helps protect it when we are travelling rough roads ,we have a lithium battery for our Min Kota that is charged from the Tohatsu when running to power the sounder but previously had a small 7amp hr battery in the case which we charged at night time to power the sounder for a day or 2
      cheers Kev

    Recently sold our BT. I really miss my caravanning years. Just an observation: do you have your tyre pressure screen set to Atmospheres on purpose or can it display PSI?

    • @travellingaustralia7319
      @travellingaustralia7319  23 дня назад

      still getting used to the tech on the Ranger have worked it out how to change it to psi since the video
      one thing I did not realise is just how much the tyre pressure increases during the days travelling in some cases we saw ours go from 30 psi and reach up to 40 psi on hot and corrugated gravel
      cheers Kev

      @travellingaustralia7319  20 дней назад

      we have fitted a LG smart inverter drive fridge about 240 lt it works fantastic and has about a 46 lt freezer compartment
      running off a small inverter currently a 500 watt but will run off a 300 watt it draws less power than our 12 volt fridge we replaced
