@@CactusAtlas they were at a sign in notebook, but they may have removed it due to COVID. That was the old jail you saw and on the left going to it ruins of a bordello!
Very cool place and interesting history. Some of those structures look ready to topple on over in a stiff wind. The mine shafts and the views from their locations were really great!
Loved the view of the town from the hillside. Didn't realize it covered such an area. Would be nice to look inside the large station and see what may have survived.
It's pretty cool, isn't it? Especially comparing it to old photos of the town in it's prime. I read that the station also was used as a gift shop of sorts in the 1970s. It would be AMAZING to see what in there still from it's former lives.
We agree! We've both read up on the place since this was filmed and even without loads of remaining buildings, there's so much of interest about this old town. 😄
Rhyolite is an awesome adventure. The bank is cool. We came across a rattlesnake there. Thanks for sharing. New subscriber - we seem to travel some of the same places
I was there again in September. I am always fascinated by that town. Have another video coming out soon where I spend a little more time there and was able to get my drone airborne to get a good look at some of the building details, like the Cook Bank Building.
I used to live in Beatty. Loved going to visit this nearby ghost town. You did a great job with the tour. Well done!
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to us! 🙌😄
There is an information pamphlet at the Bottle House. Love Rhyolite!
Oh man! Glenn didn't see one when he went there. Might have overlooked it but maybe they weren't out back then. Good to know though! Thank you! 👍😄

Oh cool! Thank you so much for the info!
Collapsing buildings have always interested me too. The inclination indicates a good kind of weird!
As well as an appreciation for history. It's so fascinating to imagine what places looked like when those crumbling remains were a new structure. 😊
That was as amazing as I expected. The buildings seem so big, it was an impressive place back in the day. Fabulous tour!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it! 😄
Interesting town- great views! I like how you overlaid historical photographs with the actual views today very cool
Thank you! Been trying to dig up more historical photos to use in videos but not always easy to verify they are accurate. 😅
😎 Ditto! 🙌👍

I can't imagine the buildings will last a while lot longer really. And yeah.. that view looking down is really something. ☺️
wow, thinking back to my younger days the mansion I could have built :) As always thanks for the trip!!
Anytime! 😄
Amazing 🤩 this place was bustling back in the day 😀
It's kind of crazy to think about isn't it? A full town full of thousands and a thriving economy popping up and disappearing just as quickly.

Fascinating video, interesting info, thanks for the tour 🚶♀️🐭🚶♂️
Our pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it! 😄
I didn’t know they have dinosaurs in the desert 🤪😂
Definitely a good substantial ghost town.

Awesome! Thank you!
Yes, that is a jail. There's an interpretive sign there now.
Thanks for clarifying!
🤠👍
The bottle house is closed off even thought there's a BLM caretaker on the property.
