    Dear Sir, thank you for the helpful explanation.
    I have a question: How can I define a schedule (maintanance) of Every 2nd Saturday of the month 04.00- Sunday 16.00 via the schedule entry?
    Is it possible to define it manually by creating a schedule entry that repeats monthly Every 2nd Weekend at the specified hours or does it need scripting?
    For now the only solution I have, even though too manual, is to create a separate entry for every 2nd weekend of each month.

    I want that conflict status should not include change requests that are in closed or cancelled state. Brother how can we achieve this?
