    Please help. With this region being tight, can it cause thr nerve at the very top of the head to feel tight and pinched? Thank you

    This works for muscle tension which causes numbness in head?

    • @nlpt
      @nlpt  14 дней назад

      The muscle tension in this area can cause tension headaches as well as numbness tingling in extreme cases.

    Every time I get the pain from a cervicogenic headache, I realize I havent been doing neck strengthening exercises. This pain gets in my cheekon right, behind my ear, my forehead. On 3rd day of pressure, today is more cervicogenic , mastoid etc.😫

      Relaxing the muscles is short term relief. The long term a lot of times is addressing the habits that cause the tight muscles.

      Might be your head position when you’re dipping. Have you had your form assessed before?
