我試驗用咗兩種不同的flour (sponge mix及self-rising) 分別去整, 都係用sponge mix flour係最好食; self-rising flour沒有那麼鬆脆及容易散跌出來。謝謝芷靈❤,你令到移英港人個個都變厨神👍
