So i seen a lot of comments from people saying this looked so good but i haven't seen a comment (maybe there is) from anyone that actually made it. Well i have actually made it and it was excellent. I was actually making another recipe when a key ingredient that recipe called for i didn't have so i found this one and was quite surprised how good it was. I did have to change it every so slightly (it was supposed to hit -18F here and i really didn't want to go out). So anyways only had 1 red bell pepper which i did add. I decided to add celery cut on a bias. Like her i like more gravy so i added a little water at the end. I will be adding this to my recipe book that is for sure. So easy & so good.
