Thank you for the no talk comparison and really good playing!
I’m glad you like it! 😀 thanks!
Killer playing!!!!
Neumann km84 my favourite!!!!! its just perfect and pleasant to listen.
AKG 451 sounds amazing and detailed
DPA4011 is a total deception, It costs 6 times as much as the AKG 451. Its just different, not better than AKG 451
Lo que suena bien es esa guitarra en las manos de Javier Peña y la reparacion que le hiciste tu!!
@@Juanchostar1 .
Jajaj.
Sí. Lo primero es elmguitarrsita....
Luego lamguitarra, y después los micros.
Did you ever use the AKG on a resonator guitar?
Yea, indeed the AKG sounds great on everything, but a little bit sharper sound, more edgy. For a resonator I mostly use big condenser capsule microphone, for more low end frequencies.
@@javipenaguitar thx for the tip!
Also sounds stereo to me. Maybe a room mic or camera mic or stereo reverb.
I recorded with just one mic every take with no room mic, I just added a bit of reverb (maybe the bounce process🤷🏽♂️)
Neumann BEST! Thanks
I think so too, but the AKG 451 is s a great cheap mic with a lot of definition
Ain‘t matter what mic you put in front of that playing, it‘s gonna sound amazing anyways!
Ha! Thanks buddy appreciate it!
which one do you think is best?
IMHO both are great mics. The old Neumann is a more airy, balanced and warmer sounding mic, overall is the winner. But the 451 being a much cheaper mic do his job very well. It depends on your budget mostly, but both can sound really well.
Yeah
More Reverb for Neumann
Is that stereo? It doesnt sound mono? Nice playing
It’s in mono I only recorded the signal of one mic at a time. The room maybe?
Song Name?
I played some parts of different songs. The fingerpicking part is a song we recorded with The Blackguards “this ole train” from a LP we recorded at Nashville
