The health benefits of ginger may also help with brain function and may help prevent degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis. I love that you find the research as well as present in a very clear fashion. I have been using ginger for many years in my smoothies. When I find a supply of ginger that looks fresh, I will buy large batch then peel and cut into pieces and freeze. Makes it very easy to add to all my smoothies. Thank you for all the work you do.

Loved this wealth of info on Ginger! I REALLY enjoy making a batch of fresh ginger & turmeric drink for the week that i simmer in coconut water with cinnamon. In the morning I make an easy cup of hot drink with almond milk & manuka that warms me up like a gentle hug of the good kind! 🧡
