    Sir saadar pranam 🙏 aapki jadoo diet aur walking se maine 10 kg wait 3 mahine me kam kiya hai. Apni Asthma problem ko bhi kafi hadd tak control kiya hai. Raebareli up se aapko dher saara respect 🙏

    Apke liye mere dil mei bhut respect hai.

    सर मैं शाम को फास्ट स्पीड में एक घंटे वाकिंग छः बजे से सायं सात बजे तक करती हुं। अभी तक मेरा 17 किलो वजन कम हुआ है ।सर 15 किलो और कम करना है। मैंने सिर्फ चीनी बंद किया है और कोई भी डायटिंग वैगरा नहीं कर रही।👍👍👍

    You are advising for minimum 8000steps & @90steps/minute . So total time is 88minutes(I,e, one hour 28minutes). On the other side you are telling for 40 minutes of walking . Which is correct ? Plz advice.
