That is an excellent question. We only sell premium hearing aids with functionality that supports remote adjustability (with a few exceptions). Via the software and smartphone connectivity, the hearing care professional can connect to the hearing aids for remote adjustments while the wearer is in certain environments, e.g., a restaurant, store, or busy street. This way, we can fit the hearing aids with the best settings based on the environment the wearer finds the most troubling.

This is a justified concern. We do experience some Bluetooth issues with some smartphone devices. However, during the purchasing process, we work together with our clients to ensure they have the perfect hearing aid solution. By doing so, we have not experienced any of these issues before.
