      That is an excellent question. We only sell premium hearing aids with functionality that supports remote adjustability (with a few exceptions). Via the software and smartphone connectivity, the hearing care professional can connect to the hearing aids for remote adjustments while the wearer is in certain environments, e.g., a restaurant, store, or busy street. This way, we can fit the hearing aids with the best settings based on the environment the wearer finds the most troubling.

      Thank you for your question, and that is indeed a good question to ask. When someone wants to purchase a custom ITE, we help them with an appointment at a local service point. At a service point, they can have ear impressions made, either with a mold or a 3D scan. This will be sent to us, and we will have the hearing aids fabricated by the official supplier.     How do you change their wax filters & reconnect their hearing aids when they have Bluetooth issues?

      This is a justified concern. We do experience some Bluetooth issues with some smartphone devices. However, during the purchasing process, we work together with our clients to ensure they have the perfect hearing aid solution. By doing so, we have not experienced any of these issues before. The videos we post on our RUclips channel also help us educate our clients on changing the filter or maintaining their hearing aids in the best condition!

      More and more manufacturers and hearing care professionals are offering remote fittings these days, and that is wonderful! It allows people to get the best hearing much more easily. What you will notice in our webshop, however, is that we offer our products at a fair price without any unnecessary costs. You pay for what you need. With a local hearing care professional, you might pay for additional services that you may not need. That is not the case with us. You can buy 1 or 2 hearing aids, with or without a charger, and you do not need to pay any service costs if you do not require them. That makes our prices lower and more transparent.

    How do you fit the loan aids when their aids go for servicing/repairs?

They will be shipped at the same time, so there will be no inconvenience when the primary hearing aids are in need of servicing or repairs. Together with their audiogram, we can always find the best solution that our clients can hear comfortably with.       Everything is custom-made by the original manufacturer, e.g., Phonak, Widex, Oticon, Starkey, Signia, etc. They create the custom tips based on the ear impression that can be created at a local service point.       Unfortunately I do not understand your question. If your ears require an examination, we advise you to seek professional health care from your physician or a doctor who specializes in ear care. We do not examine the ears of our clients. A remote hearing test can be done, or if you already possess an audiogram, we can simply fit the hearing aids to your needs. Does that answer your question?
