  • We sure do love getting drunk to celebrate other people's holidays. Real talk though, I never order steak tacos of any kind because they tend to be tough to chew. Which is why I decided to break out the sous vide and see if I could solve this very personal problem. And it still finishes on the grill which adds so much extra flavor and texture. So get ready for a fun 24+ hours as we marinade, sous vide, and grill our meat. I promise this paired with the Peruvian green sauce is absolutely worth it!

    Thanks for the recipe! I would like to try, but most likely, won`t. But the most honest and heartfelt THANKS!! for being a reason for me to learn (at least approximate) conversion from Farenheit to actual temperature mesurement.
    Love Your show! Can't wait for "caijun" spice mixes to show up in eastern europe (;

    I watched the Funhaus ‘goodbye’ video and got a question to the chef master 🫡…
    Would you be willing to invite FH crew, individually, to this kitchen scenario?
    You bring me your favorite family recipe and I will TOP it!
    They will cook it, by recipe, while you put a spin on it. 🤔
    Force them to face nostalgia vs. the future (you).
