But for anyone struggling with their health, we should evaluate all possible reasons for lack of vitality and health. There are numerous high oxalate foods that can cause an array of symptoms for those who do not tolerate oxalates as oxalates accumulate in tissues outside of the kidney. Similar to any other elimination diet: by attempting to eat low oxalate, if you feel symptom relief of health issues you are struggling with, you may not tolerate oxalates. If you notice no improvements, oxalates are not an issue.
I'm really not saying this to offend you but you look very very weak and fragile. You should really consider changing up your diet. In this video what you ate was to break it down just pure sugar, water and some antinutrients and fiber. There were no fat no protein. You need this to be healthy. I’m vegan and I’m definitely not going back to eating meat. I get my protein from spinach beans and lentils. My eyes went from dark brown to a lighter brown. But that’s just me.

@@OliviaBudgen yes I knew that but did you know that the biological availability for the human body of the nutrients in plant foods is way less than in animal foods? For example peanuts only have an availability of around 44%. That meaning the nutrients which they write on the package is not what our body can actually absorb from it. Also plant foods contain antinutrients and phydic acids which bind to the nutrients and make them impossible to absorb. That's why you only get very little nutrients from plant foods eventhough there is good nutrients in them for example in nuts.
Olivia maybe try to substitute something else for the spinach and kale. Those can be quite harsh on the thyroid and kindeys. Romaine is really good and when beeing raw for a while, it has a mild sweet undertone.

Just something I noticed is there is a lack of fat in today's meals, I'm not sure if I missed it perhaps? But many of the vitamins from greens and other vegetables are fat soluble, and require some fat to be present to absorb them. You know the raw sources: chia, flax, hemp, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, nuts, avocado, durian etc Been binge watching your videos, am really enjoying the ones on skincare, especially since you have extensive knowledge and experience 🌷

Must say I enjoyed seeing the rain. I'm sitting in 32C on a Moreton Bay island after mowing and watering my veggies and fruit trees, and rain would be very welcome right now. I was on the land for years and learned to adapt to whatever weather was happening, but I love rain. I don't even mind when it floods. It's all a cycle. Celery can be a challenge to grow. It needs lots of water and fertiliser and growing in semi shade can help. If you blanch it for the last weeks of its growing it will be less stringy and bitter. I'd love to know where you get your organic coconuts if it's not private. I really enjoy your videos.

That’s because I am working on healing the liver and too many fats bog it down. My CFS symptoms also get a lot worse when I eat overt fats, so I’m just listening to my body too ☺️ Hope that helps you understand my decision 🙏🏻✨

I have tried limiting them (and I generally don't have too much but then what is too much in perspective and cleansing?!) The truth is I have so many physical health issues as you and a liver that still needs cleansing although I have returned to one cooked vegan meal, but honestly I notice I still have strong symptoms to eating too many fats especially nuts and potato, lots of pains and aches as well as lethargy I have medium level adrenal fatigue and guess what I have not long done the Dr Robert Morse protocol with a detox specialist trained by him and yet it only took a layer off but that's based on how I feel and my symptoms that can oscillate depending on stress and certain foods. It sure is an eternal maze for me Olivia and I am 59 so granted I may have accumulated more toxins over the years and stresses I underwent growing up and yet have been raw vegan for some years and going back and forth with a cooked meal or sometimes a little more. I have followed and listened to other raw vegans in my age group and they all seem to indicate and show that they are healthier and do much better when they do not consume high fruit daily and instead load up on the greens, herbs and certain fruits generally low glycemic eg Eva loves raw healed her hormonal issues this way and Lou Corona an exemplary and consistent example of raw veganism he incorporates and has created some amazing raw vegan enzymes and probiotics and fermented healthy fats. I agree I do think it is our livers that are needing more love, well actually our whole body and mind and soul does too. Thank you for letting me share. Before finding the Medical Medium, I too worked with a Dr. Morse practitioner and did many of his herbal protocols, but with disheartening results. I have realised that I simply pushed myself too hard with his protocols and tinctures though (plus many of them contain alcohol which isn’t good for the liver). It certainly can be confusing in regards to fat intake, as you say, many raw vegans seem to handle it well and recommend it to others e.g. Lou Corona, who is a wonderful example of vibrant health. I guess that’s when we truly need to tune in and listen to our own bodies. I also think it depends on what particular issues and root causes we have going on. I have found no overt fats work best for me at this time, but you may be able to handle a little bit here and there. Although perhaps you may want to experiment with cutting it out for a week or two every now and then? Lovely to hear your sharing and sending you lots of love on your unique journey 💕💕

Hello 👋🏻 every whole fruit and vegetable has a combination of carbs, fats and proteins 🙂 so I do consume healthy fats. As for sources of overt fats, which I assume is what you’re talking about, I do not currently consume very much of them. I actually don’t eat any nuts or seeds. My CFS symptoms become much worse after eating overt fats, so I am listening to my body and not consuming them at the moment, until my liver has healed to a point where it can handle them again. Hope that helps you to understand more about the way I eat 😊

People can be vegan forever if they eat enough calories. This is Not enough calories and people get used to eat 1000 calories a day. Just count all the calories she is eating on chronometer. It’s not normal to eat that little calories for an adult woman. How can someone ovulate or have period eating 800-100 calories. I’m vegan for 10 years and eat 90% raw, avocados, nuts and seeds, 1 lb of veggies or more, lots of veggies, fruit, fats, no processed foods, lab work is excellent 10 years but I eat 3x-4x more than this. And a lot more fat too. The most calorie dense food here is dates. Raw nori wraps are like 150 calories because vegetables are so low in calories. Let’s count calories and it’s under eating

I have eaten a low to no oxalate diet and my symptoms did not improve, there I know they aren’t an issue for me ☺️

Must say I enjoyed seeing the rain. I'm sitting in 32C on a Moreton Bay island after mowing and watering my veggies and fruit trees, and rain would be very welcome right now. I was on the land for years and learned to adapt to whatever weather was happening, but I love rain. I don't even mind when it floods. It's all a cycle. Celery can be a challenge to grow. It needs lots of water and fertiliser and growing in semi shade can help. If you blanch it for the last weeks of its growing it will be less stringy and bitter. I'd love to know where you get your organic coconuts if it's not private. I really enjoy your videos.

I feel like you don’t eat enough fruit. You’ll definitely feel better when eating more fruit. Vegetables and fruits are lower in calories, so you automatically need to eat more.

Wonderful to see you on camera Olivia, I noticed you had NO fat at all, not even half an avocado in any of your salads or Nori Rolls, is it common you don't eat any fat at all, not even healthy fats? And if so how long do you go without eating any fat and what are the reasons and benefits for you of not including healthy fats? Every whole fruit and vegetable have a combination of healthy fats, protein and carbs 👍🏻 If you’re referring to overt fats, then no, I don’t currently eat very much of them at the moment. That’s because I am working on healing the liver and too many fats bog it down. My CFS symptoms also get a lot worse when I eat overt fats, so I’m just listening to my body too ☺️ Hope that helps you understand my decision 🙏🏻✨

I have tried limiting them (and I generally don't have too much but then what is too much in perspective and cleansing?!) The truth is I have so many physical health issues as you and a liver that still needs cleansing although I have returned to one cooked vegan meal, but honestly I notice I still have strong symptoms to eating too many fats especially nuts and potato, lots of pains and aches as well as lethargy I have medium level adrenal fatigue and guess what I have not long done the Dr Robert Morse protocol with a detox specialist trained by him and yet it only took a layer off but that's based on how I feel and my symptoms that can oscillate depending on stress and certain foods. It sure is an eternal maze for me Olivia and I am 59 so granted I may have accumulated more toxins over the years and stresses I underwent growing up and yet have been raw vegan for some years and going back and forth with a cooked meal or sometimes a little more. I have followed and listened to other raw vegans in my age group and they all seem to indicate and show that they are healthier and do much better when they do not consume high fruit daily and instead load up on the greens, herbs and certain fruits generally low glycemic eg Eva loves raw healed her hormonal issues this way and Lou Corona an exemplary and consistent example of raw veganism he incorporates and has created some amazing raw vegan enzymes and probiotics and fermented healthy fats. I agree I do think it is our livers that are needing more love, well actually our whole body and mind and soul does too. Thank you for letting me share. @@smilingblissgoddess thank you for opening up and sharing your story. Oh my 😰 the healing journey can feel like such a maze, can’t it? Before finding the Medical Medium, I too worked with a Dr. Morse practitioner and did many of his herbal protocols, but with disheartening results. I have realised that I simply pushed myself too hard with his protocols and tinctures though (plus many of them contain alcohol which isn’t good for the liver). It certainly can be confusing in regards to fat intake, as you say, many raw vegans seem to handle it well and recommend it to others e.g. Lou Corona, who is a wonderful example of vibrant health. I guess that’s when we truly need to tune in and listen to our own bodies. I also think it depends on what particular issues and root causes we have going on. I have found no overt fats work best for me at this time, but you may be able to handle a little bit here and there. Although perhaps you may want to experiment with cutting it out for a week or two every now and then? Lovely to hear your sharing and sending you lots of love on your unique journey 💕💕

Hello 👋🏻 every whole fruit and vegetable has a combination of carbs, fats and proteins 🙂 so I do consume healthy fats. As for sources of overt fats, which I assume is what you’re talking about, I do not currently consume very much of them. I actually don’t eat any nuts or seeds. My CFS symptoms become much worse after eating overt fats, so I am listening to my body and not consuming them at the moment, until my liver has healed to a point where it can handle them again. Hope that helps you to understand more about the way I eat 😊

Animal protein has an acidic effect on the body and is linked to many health diseases.

People can be vegan forever if they eat enough calories. This is Not enough calories and people get used to eat 1000 calories a day. Just count all the calories she is eating on chronometer.
It’s not normal to eat that little calories for an adult woman. How can someone ovulate or have period eating 800-100 calories.
I’m vegan for 10 years and eat 90% raw, avocados, nuts and seeds, 1 lb of veggies or more, lots of veggies, fruit, fats, no processed foods, lab work is excellent 10 years but I eat 3x-4x more than this. And a lot more fat too.
The most calorie dense food here is dates.
Raw nori wraps are like 150 calories because vegetables are so low in calories.
Let’s count calories and it’s under eating
